Amidst a chaotic and entertaining Africa Cup of Nations tournament in 2024, two longtime CAF powers have emerged as finalists with Nigeria and Ivory Coast 90 minutes away from a return to continental glory.

AFCON 2023 prize money: How much winners will get
The Africa Football Confederation announced their plan to increase the tournament prize money ahead of the competition with a 40% rise for the winner from the previous finals.
The eventual champions at AFCON 2023 will pick up $7 million.
